ANAHEIM, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)—Willdan Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: WLDN) announced today that the Los Angeles
Department of Water and Power, the nation’s largest municipal utility, has awarded Willdan a $330-million contract to
manage and implement the Commercial Direct Install Program. Under this five-year contract, Willdan will provide
turnkey energy efficiency, water conservation, and electrification retrofit services to eligible businesses, municipal
facilities, and select K-12 schools. The Commercial Direct Install Program contributes toward the City of Los
Angeles’s goal to power 100 percent of the City’s electricity from renewable resources by 2035.
