"Benchmarking Small Buildings: The Little Guys Matter": Rachel Seraspe presents at Building Energy NYC

On October 16, 2013, Rachel Seraspe, P.E., Program Manager in Willdan Energy Solutions’ New York office, presented at the Building Energy NYC conference, an event sponsored by the Northeast Sustainable Energy Association (NESEA). Rachel’s topic, “Benchmarking Small Buildings: The Little Guys Matter!”, addresses the unintended consequences of New York City’s local laws which mandate the benchmarking of large buildings but leave their smaller counterparts behind in terms of gauging building performance against other like buildings.

Ms. Seraspe is the Program Manager for Con Edison’s Small Business Direct Install (SBDI) Program which helps small businesses achieve energy and financial savings by providing incentives for high-efficiency lighting, HVAC and refrigeration measures.
