2013-2018 Customized Incentive Rates

Solution Categories Custom Incentive Rates Express Incentive Rates
HVAC system modification and optimization, variablespeed drives, controls, retro-commissioning (RCx), building shell improvements, refrigeration and process equipment improvements, and targeted lighting $0.06 to $0.12 per annual kWh savings, depending on the measure; $150 per kW of peak demand reduction Fixed dollar amount per unit (e.g., hp, ton)

Incentives are available on a first-come, first-served basis until reserved funds are depleted. Based upon the solution type shown in the table below, incentives, if applicable, are offered at a flat rate per equipment or at a rate per kWh of annual savings plus a rate per peak demand kW savings (see table). Incentives are capped at 50 percent of the project cost. These incentives are in addition to the savings that may be achieved on your electricity bill due to increased energy efficiency.
