Representative Project
Time-Warner Cable Leadership Training Programs, Orange and Ontario, California—Utilizing our Effective Leader Program, Willdan developed and presented a seven-module training program for new workplace leaders. Topics included leadership, communication, interviewing, coaching, performance reviews, corrective action, and key human resource issues. We provided participants with monthly on-site individual leadership coaching support to guide their use of classroom principles in the workplace. Finally, Willdan developed and provided follow-up interaction guides for senior managers to reinforce program lessons with direct reports.
