Representative Projects
California Statewide Interoperability Executive Committee (CALSIEC) Southern Planning Area
The project involves updating and/or developing the five Urban Area Security Initiatives and ten county/operational areas tactical interoperable communications plans (TICP) and providing planning and training services, Interoperable Field Operations Guides, Interoperability Users Course instruction for first responders and measure the region's compliance with the National Emergency Communication Plan Goal 2 to maintain the region's compliance with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security UASI program, California Statewide Communication Interoperable Plan and the National Emergency Communication Plan.
County of Sacramento, California
Develop a digital radio feasibility study with a P25 system design element that is focused on improving regional interoperability by migrating public safety/service radio users to a new (P25) compliant 700/800 MHz(or frequency hybrid) trunked radio system.
City of Miramar, Florida
Conduct a study that identifies a viable public safety emergency police and fire communications service provider by assessing the current dispatch and communication process for police and fire utilized by the City.
City of Portland, Oregon
Responsible for developing the City of Portland, Office of Emergency Management, the Portland Urban Area (PUA), consisting of five counties, the Urban Area Points of Contact (UAPOC) and the Law Enforcement Working Group (LEWG), a Regional Law Enforcement Mobilization Plan and to update the Master Inter-local Mutual Law Enforcement Assistance Agreement.
County and City of San Francisco, California
Responsible for updating the UASI Tactical Interoperable Communications Plan and bringing it into compliance with current Department of Homeland Security requirements.
