Los Angeles Regional Tactical Communications System (LARTCS), Los Angeles County CA
Responsible for the conceptual verification of the overall program, including conceptual modification, conceptual design, final design, site selection, site verification for low-band, VHF, UHF, and 800 MHz, and overall interoperability systems design, and OC-3 microwave radio county wide, final draft for RFP, and software specification for control system of LARTCS.

New Orleans/New Orleans Parish Urban Area Security Initiative Program (UASI)
Developed Tactical Interoperability Communication plans for five Urban Area Security Initiative (UASI) regions to include the New Orleans/Orleans Parish Region of Louisiana, pre- and post-Katrina.

State of Minnesota
Provided a detailed technical architecture that supports the sharing of services across statewide responder networks and the statewide information network.

San Francisco Bay Area Super Urban Area Security Initiative (SUASI)
Responsible for governance and operational policy and procedure assessment for the 10 county region.
