The Lodging Energy Efficiency Program (LEEP) is offered by
Southern California Edison (SCE®) through Willdan Energy Solutions
to provide customized energy-saving solutions for lodging customers.
LEEP provides full-service development, management, and implementation
of energy-saving projects.
Program Features

- Incentives provided for Energy efficient retrofit and retro-commissioning projects
- Project identification with energy-savings forecasts including energy efficiency and return-on-investment calculations
- Assistance with RFP development and evaluation (as desired)
- Contractor referrals available
- Project installation oversight (as desired)
- Validation of energy savings upon installation
- ENERGY STAR® benchmarking
- On-bill financing for qualifying customers, or other financial recommendations available
Customer Eligibility
LEEP is available to all lodging facilities serviced by
SCE
regardless of size or energy usage. Services are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.*
- Hotels, motels, inns, and bed-and-breakfast facilities
- Casinos with lodging facilities
- Resorts and spas
Incentives/Rebates Available
SCE lodging customers
are eligible to receive rebates and incentives to subsidize project costs. Our commitment is to identify the highest rebates and/or incentives to make your energy-reduction project as cost effective as possible.
