WCCC Presents 2010 Distinguished Awards to Willdan PM/CM Projects

On July 27, 2010, the Western Council of Construction Consumers awarded the Distinguished Project Award, the second highest given out, to two projects performed by Willdan Engineering in Anaheim.

This facility replaces an older structure with a new 12,000 square foot essential facility with living quarters, administrative facilities, classroom training center and apparatus bays. The facility design complements the "craftsman style" of the surrounding beach community. Construction was completed ahead of schedule and considerably below budget.

The City of Tustin built a new $4.6 million, 17-acre park which incorporates and preserves one of the last remaining citrus groves in Orange County. It is a passive park which includes parking, children's play area, picnic areas, restroom facilities, a nature trail and viewing pavilion.
